Because our daily life is normalized and because even though in activist circles most norms get questioned, body norms are too rarely an issue that we talk about, during this workshop, you are invited to express yourself on this topic in any form – collages, poetry, texts, drawings… In the end, you can keep what you did for yourself or share it (also anonymously) with the other participants.

Es geht uns nicht darum, viel Input zu geben, sondern wir wollen vor allem den Raum für das Thema eröffnen und gemeinsam oder nebeneinander basteln, schreiben und uns austauschen.

Deadline

Ursprünglich hatten wir im Aufruf bewusst keine Deadline angegeben, denn die Idee ist, Beiträge zu sammeln, bis genügend zusammengekommen sind, um ein Zine zusammenzustellen. Im Zweifel folgt Vol.2! Ausserdem soll das Projekt nicht mit dem Druck eines oder mehrerer Zines beendet sein - wir hoffen darauf, mit dem Zine und Veranstaltungen rund um die Entstehung und Veröffentlichung eine Diskussion anzustossen, weswegen Reaktionen oder auch Nachzügler_innen in weiteren Zines Platz haben sollen. Nun haben wir einige workshops veranstaltet und Beiträge gesammelt und häufiger den Wunsch gehört, eine Frist festzulegen, als Ansporn/Motivation. Daher haben wir uns für den 31.10.2019 entschieden, um hoffentlich bis Ende des Jahres drucken zu können!

Initially, the call out did not contain a deadline, which we did on purpose as the idea is to collect contributions until it is enough to make a zine. In case it’s too many, there will be a vol.2! Further, the intention behind the project is not to finish with the printing of one or more zines but we hope to encourage a discussion with the process of creating and publishing so that reactions as well as contributions handed in later should anyways have space in further zines. Now that we did some workshops and collected contributions we were asked several times to set a deadline, as a motivation. We decided to set it on the 31.10.2019 so that we can hopefully print until the end of the year!

À la base, l’appel ne comportait volontairement pas de deadline car l’idée était de collecter les contributions jusqu’à ce qu’il y en ait suffisament pour créer un zine. Dans le cas ou il y en aurait trop, un deuxième volume serait créé ! Aussi, l’intention derrière ce projet n’est pas que cela se termine avec l’impression d’un ou plusieurs zines mais nous espérons encourager des échanges, des discussions au cours du processus de création et de publication pour que les réactions et les contributions arrivant plus tard prennent également leurs places dans de prochains zines.
Maintenant que nous avons fait quelques workshops et collecté des contributions, on nous a à plusieurs reprises demandé de fixer une deadline, afin de motiver les personnes. Nous avons décidé de la fixer au 31.10.2019 afin que l’on puisse (on l’espère) imprimer avant la fin de l’année !
